Yes. The class starts with instruction on how to handle and hold the razor safely and correctly.

We assess your abilities at the outset of the class. If you do not feel comfortable with a straightedge blade, you may use a guarded razor. If we feel your lack of experience with a straightedge blade may limit your ability to learn effectively and safely, we require you to use a guarded razor.

You will need a straightedge razor, wide, tooth comb, and a water spray bottle. We recommend the ARROJO feather plier straightedge razor. If you do not own one, you can purchase online.
Razor Creative class attendees can also purchase the ARROJO signature razor at the outset of the class, directly from the instructor, with a 20% saving.

Yes. You’ll get a great refresher on the fundamentals before learning our latest creative razor cutting trends and techniques.

Yes. It’s a fully hands-on seminar with a series of lessons throughout the day. Each attendee is allocated a mannequin and practices a variety of techniques under our interactive instruction.
